APHRODISIAC RICE
INGREDIENTS: (for 4 people)
1/2 kilo of rice. A spoonful of rallada moscada nut. 2 dry spanish flies. A spoonful of grain of the paradise. A spoonful of hemp resin. All the ingredients are put, except for the rice and the resin, in a mortar and mixes everything. The mixture in a stew is spilled and it is warmed up to untimed fire until it breaks to boil; one takes off, then, the cover of the stew and hopes to that the baking is reduced to half. The dust resin is added, revuelve well and it lies down on the rice, that previously will have been boiled and condimentado with salt. There is one who adds some drops of curry to half of the fervor.
